What does the New Members Committee do?

The NLC focuses on the recruitment of new members and member retention. The committee ensures that new members receive a warm welcome within the association. Personal attention for every new player during the first year of membership is a spearhead. New members can be linked to a “tennis buddy” upon request. The task of the buddies is to introduce the new member to the association, to ask him/her to play a game, to be present at activities organized for this group and to monitor whether the new member has found his place. during the course of the season. We wish all new members a warm welcome and the buddies lots of fun and success with this wonderful task!
