What is 'Tenniskids'?

Tenniskids is the KNLTB tennis program for children up to 12 years old. With special balls, rackets, courts and exercises, children learn to play the sport very quickly. Children are immediately placed in a team with peers. This way they quickly make new friends and work together towards clear goals. Play together and have fun; that's what Tenniskids is all about!

Colors and ages

The Tennis Kids program consists of different phases: For the youngest youth there is Tennis Kids Blue (4-6 years). You then progress to Red (up to 8 years), Orange (8 to 10 years) and finally Green (10 to 12 years). After Green, a child is completely ready to play tennis on an entire court with the well-known yellow ball (Yellow = 13 to 17 years). The goal of Tenniskids is to get children to play the game as quickly as possible.

Play matches

In addition to fun and challenging training, children who play tennis in Tenniskids can play competitions all year round. They can participate in the Tennis Kids competition or register for a Tennis Kids tournament. It doesn't matter whether a child has been playing tennis for some time or has just started: there are competitions and tournaments for everyone!

The nice thing about playing competitions is that it is not only fun, but that children also get better and better. This way they will enjoy tennis even more.
